Some quick thoughts

First I want to say thank you to all of you who have continually viewed my site. Sometime tonight or tomorrow we will go over 20,000 views. Thank you to all of you.

Second, I wanted to inform you that this site does have a twitter. @steelersrule124. Following the twitter will allow you to know every time a post is published and will also let you see some of my many updates on Draft prospects. During the Combine and the NFL Draft I will be using the twitter more than the site to update information.

Thirdly, I would like to thank DC Pro Sports Report for adding me to their mock draft database. It is worth checking the site out, because it is filled with hundreds of awesome mock drafts.

Finally, If you would like to write for Draft Database, email me at steelersrule125(at)

Tomorrow I will try and publish two more posts. One will probably be a Player Profile on Mohammed Sanu and the other will likely be updating the RB Position. Wednesday I will publish a list of the team needs for all 32 teams in the NFL. On Thursday I will try and continue the “Out with the Old and in with the New” series that I started about two months ago.

Twitter Update

For those of you that did not know, this site has a twitter. Follow @Steelersrule124 to get updates on everything this site is doing, including every time a new post is created. Another way to know when a new post is made is to subscribe to the blog on the right side of the main page. If you do this, every time a post is made you will get an email. Also, we will be starting to pick up the pace on posts starting Monday September 12th and quickly returning to 2 to 4 posts a day. Thanks for following me through the slow summer months and now that I have more time on my hands I can pick up the posts. Also, if you would like to write for this site, email me at

NFL Stars of the Week – Preseason Week 1

The site will slowly be getting back to our normal coverage, with about one to three posts a week for the next three weeks. Follow the site on twitter @steelersrule125 to get updates whenever a post is made.

The NFL Weekend Stars series will take a look at three offensive and three defensive stars from every week of the season and pre-season. It will also look at one dud from the previous week. I will be keeping track of who appears most on this list to help keep track of the players who made the biggest impacts in the NFL this year. This weeks stars can be seen after the jump.
